The China-America Society for the Study of Groups and Organizations (CASSGO) was established in 2019 to further the development and application of the principles of Group Relations in the Tavistock tradition through educational and consultative activities, research and scholarship regarding the dynamics of groups, organizations, and social systems. 

  

Through its Board of Directors, CASSGO seeks to cooperate with the Division of Group Counseling and Group Therapy of the Chinese Association for Mental Health as well as other colleagues in China

with an interest in group and organizational dynamics.

 

中美团体与组织研究协会(CASSGO)成立于2019年，是一家非营利性组织，旨在通过教育和咨询活动、研究和奖学金，进一步发展和应用塔维斯托克传统中的团体关系准则。第一届董事会成员包括Jeffrey D Roth博士，Seth Harkins博士，和鲁小华博士。

 

通过其董事会成员，CASSGO愿意与中国心理卫生协会团体心理辅导与治疗专业委员会以及其他来自中国的对团体和组织动力感兴趣的同行寻求合作。
