Group Relations Online Seminar
We provide this online seminar for all that interested in group and organizational dynamics, we will use zoom to do six sessions of lecture and discussion, hope we can strengthen the foundation for group and organizational dynamics.
There will be three faculty members work together as a team for each session. One of them will be the teacher, the other one is the co-teacher, and the third one is the convener.
The teacher and co-teacher act as teachers, they will give some introductions about some basic knowledge and also will discuss with members. The convener acts as the boundary keeper and all the three faculty members can act as culture interpreter for the group dynamics.
The language will be English and Mandarin, members can use whatever language they want to use.
Each session will last 90 minutes and is divided into two parts, first part is for lecture, members can question whenever they want, the second part will be used for discussion.

Xiaohua Lu, PhD
Associate Professor, Counseling Center of Beijing Jiaotong University; Visiting Scholar, The University of Chicago.Certified Group counselor, Member of AGPA, AKRI, CCSGO, CSGSS. Secretary General of the Division of Group Counseling and Group Therapy, China Association for Mental Health (DGCGT, CAMH). Participated 2014-2018 conferences in Beijing and also the Small Study Group Consultant Training (SSGCT) with different roles, and also participated many conferences in US with different roles, from member, observer-consultant to consultant-in-training. And now she is a consulting candidate under AKRI T&C program.

Full-time Psychological Counselor, Duke Kunshan University; Leadership Consultant, China Europe International Business School; She has been involved in Group Relations work since 2016. Conference roles include member, cultural interpreter, consultant-in-training, co-consultant and associate director of administration.
